My name is Evie and I am developing myself as a creative within the fashion industry. I’m especially interested in how brand identity is created and translated into a consistent, compelling brand image.
I currently study Fashion Management at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI). Within this program, I focus on the connection between branding, product, and consumer insights, and how these elements come together to create a consistent brand experience.
Alongside my studies, which focus on the business side of the fashion industry, I am also engaged in film and writing. Writing articles and columns helps me structure my ideas, while my experience in cinematography gives me insight into visual storytelling. This combination makes it particularly interesting for me to explore how brand strategies are not only developed, but also translated into strong visual and narrative expressions.
The skills I bring include solution-oriented thinking, visual storytelling, and a strong sense of brand and target audience. I am hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and positive in different situations. I also work with creative tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and I am familiar with social media platforms and trends. In addition, I have experience with cameras and pre-production, including creating scripts, storyboards, and shot lists. Structure and a clear direction are important to me, as I believe strong concepts are built on a well-thought-out foundation.
I am entrepreneurial and enjoy exploring different sides of myself through my work. New challenges give me energy, and I am driven to keep learning. I believe this diversity helps me understand different roles within projects, which strengthens collaboration. At the same time, I continue to discover where I gain energy and where I can add value. I greatly value teamwork, as I believe collaborating with other creatives leads to stronger ideas and the development of each other’s strengths.
I am open to new creative collaborations and opportunities within the fashion industry. Please feel free to get in touch if you think we could create something meaningful together.
